Got Laundry? is a laundry service similar to a "Fluff and Fold" or "Wash and Fold"
Our services are designed to offer customers a convenient way to save time and effort on laundry day.
The morning of your scheduled pick up day, simply place your laundry by your front door, garage, or on your porch. Laundry needs to be in a laundry bag, garbage bag, or hamper (We'll do the bagging for you and leave the hamper behind!)
*Pick up route TYPICALLY runs between 8-10am
Prior to washing, your belongings are inspected for damage and treated for stains, while being sorted by fabric, color and washing instructions.
Our washers are cleaned/sanitized between families.
You decide which high-quality detergent , scent boosters, and/or fabric softener we use! Products are listed within designated service choice.
Rest Assured! Equipment is never shared.
After the washing cycle is complete, your laundry is dried according to the care instructions label. Line Dry, Hang Dry, and Lay flat to dry items are dried in a temperature and humidity controlled room on family-designated equipment/racks.
*requests for items to be air dried are always fulfilled -regardless of instruction label.
Once dry, items are folded or hung on hangers. We use standard plastic and velvet hangers. An initial set of hangers is provided based on service selected. *upgrade to velvet is available upon request*
You can put your hangers in with your laundry to be reused for your next order.
Don't worry, we never use your hangers for other families. If you send too many, we'll put your name on it and hold them for next time! If you don't send enough, we'll fill in the gap! Hangers getting old and worn? We'll replace it!
Now that everything is clean and dry, your belongings are sorted by item and size or specified family member. Each member's belongings are categorized and packed to make putting away a breeze!
After everything is COMPLETELY dry, individual bags are weighed, labeled and tied.
A final weight is calculated after everything is clean and dry so you aren't paying for wet towels or pocket collections.
The amount due will be sent via text or messenger prior to delivery, A paper invoice will be delivered with your order as well.
You can expect your items to be delivered between 3-6pm the day AFTER pick up! Arrangements can be made for delayed delivery upon request.
